# Inventory

Inventory holds every item you sell. \
You add an item once, then list it on one or more platforms from the same screen.

## Add an item

Click **New Item**. The editor walks you through up to three steps.

    Open each platform's tab to pick the category and fill in the platform-specific fields.

Click **Save** to publish, or **Save draft** if you have not picked a platform yet.

The **minimum price** is the lowest price Calius accepts during Vinted [auto-negotiation](/platforms/vinted#auto-negotiation).

## Cross-listing

Pick Vinted, Kleinanzeigen, and eBay, choose the accounts, and click **Save**. Calius publishes the item to every selected platform and account at once. Each tab carries the category and details that platform needs.

To list the same item from several accounts, turn on **Image Optimization** and **AI Variations** so each copy reads as a separate listing.

## Item status

| Status     | Meaning                                     |
| ---------- | ------------------------------------------- |
| 🟢 Listed  | Live on every selected platform             |
| 🟡 Partial | Live on some but not all selected platforms |
| ⚪ Unlisted | Details complete, not listed yet            |
| 📝 Draft   | Still incomplete                            |
| ⚠️ Merge   | Item got merged, min price missing          |

## Search and filter

Search by title in the search box. \
Use the filter pill to show one status: **All**, **Listed**, **Partial**, **Unlisted**, or **Draft**.

## Sold view

Switch between **Inventory** and **Sold** with the toggle in the control bar. \
The sold view lists what has sold, with platform, amount, and date.

## Relisting

Relisting removes a listing and posts it again, so the item returns to the top of the results. \
It works for Vinted, Kleinanzeigen, and eBay.

1. Click the **Relist** button on a listed item.
2. Select which platform and account listings to relist. All are selected by default.
3. To refresh the text first, turn on **Rewrite with AI** and click **Generate Rewrite**.
4. Click **Relist**.

When a multi-quantity item sells, Calius relists the remaining stock automatically after a delay. See [Vinted](/platforms/vinted#relisting) for the relist settings.

## Edit a listed item

Edit an item that is already live and the save button reads **Save & Sync**. \
Saving pushes your changes to each platform and shows progress as it updates.

## Account Inventory

Account Inventory shows a connected Vinted account's own active listings, including ones you did not create in Calius. Merge any of them into your inventory to manage everything in one place.

1. Open the **Account Inventory** segment and pick an account.
2. Click merge on a listing to import it with its images.
3. If a category did not map, an **Incomplete (⚠️)** tag appears, open the editor to finish it.

## Background refresh

Inventory refreshes on its own in the background!
