# Labels

The Labels tab collects shipping labels and buyer addresses for your Vinted and Kleinanzeigen sales. A label appears here once an item sells and the buyer pays.

Each row shows the item, platform, buyer, amount, date, status, and an action.

## Label status

| Status         | Meaning                                             |
| -------------- | --------------------------------------------------- |
| 🟢 Label ready | Captured and ready to download                      |
| ⏳ Processing   | The label is generating at the carrier              |
| ⚪ No label     | You can request one                                 |
| 📦 Shipped     | The order is closed and the label window has passed |
| 🔴 Unavailable | No label could be retrieved you can retry           |
| ⚠️ Error       | A temporary failure, Calius will retry on its own   |

## Download a label

When a label is ready, click **Download Label** to save the PDF.

Select Multiple Labels to Download all in one PDF.

For shipments, two buttons appear: \
**Thermo (4×6)** for label printers and **Original (A4)**. Pick the one that fits your printer.

## Request a label

If a sale shows **No label**, click **Request label** and Calius fetches it. For an **Unavailable** or **Error** row, click **Retry** to capture again.

  Turn on auto-request in the Labels settings (the gear icon) and Calius requests each label as the sale comes in. Vinted and Kleinanzeigen have separate toggles.

## Create an invoice

Every row has a **Create invoice** button that opens the invoice editor for that sale, with the buyer filled in. Once an invoice exists, the button reads **Show invoice**.

## Filter, sort, and search

* **Status tabs**: All, Ready, No label, Shipped, Unavailable.
* **Platform filter**: All, Vinted, or Kleinanzeigen (for now).
* **Sort**: by sale date or date added.
* **Search**: by item title or buyer.
